I use a very personalized approach for every individual. Every student has a different goal, different body, genetics, food approach and that's why the approach will be personalized to be the best for you specifically.

Yes. we begin to start you off on a specific baseline that's determined to be best for you. From there we track every single day with daily check ins that you will get with bakfit personally. We track your body's response to the plans and I make the necessary adjustments to ensure your constant progress.
